What Is Indoor drumline....?

There's nothing like Indoor Percussion. Really there are no activities that resemble it. OK, Color Guard and Drum Corps might, but that is mainly because of the look of indoor arts and marching Percussion.

An Indoor Percussion group is a group of people that play on percussion instruments while performing a show. This is done in gymnasiums across the world. The size of the floor is that of a basketball court. Groups perform their music and perform a choreography to it. Indoor Percussion is nothing like traditional bands. It is fast paced, high action percussion theatre.

In the US the development of Indoor Percussion is fostered by WGI since 1993. In Europe, CGN was the first to start Indoor Percussion and still is the only full competition circuit.

Vintage percussion compete on the CGN circuit but also perform exibitions throughout the UK at WGUK contests.
